We serve a menu of inspired sandwiches for breakfast and lunch and creative iced coffee and matcha drinks throughout the day. Our breads are baked locally by Pizza Baby and our coffee is locally-roasted by Javesca Coffee.

The menu is driven by the flavors of our Culinary Director Ashley Hart’s upbringing and travels. The signature Daybreaker breakfast sandwich features a house-made sausage that includes bold, aromatic flavors found throughout South East Asian cuisine; it’s sweet, savory and at its core, simply delicious. The Lincoln pays tribute to the former Lincoln’s Haberdashery’s infamous breakfast sandwich “Mary’s Muffin,“ while The Negima transforms the flavors of the traditional Japanese Soy Glazed Chicken Skewers into a satisfying lunch sandwich. Even classics receive a fresh perspective, like the Big Dill, a chicken salad sandwich made with a house dill caesar dressing in place of traditional mayo.
